Cancellations: full refund if you cancel more than 48 hours before your game; less than 48 hours ahead, full credit or a gift card for future use; no refund or credit for a no-show. Rescheduling: we are happy to reschedule if you notify us more than 24 hours in advance (credit only, no refund) and cannot reschedule after your start time has passed. Unused tickets: full refund for up to 2 unused tickets if you notify us more than 24 hours before, otherwise credit. Gift cards, vouchers and certificates are final and non-refundable.
