To cancel, change, or reschedule, email info@conundroom.us — all changes are handled by email. Cancellations: full refund if you cancel more than 48 hours before your game; less than 48 hours ahead, full credit or a gift card for future use; no refund or credit for a no-show. Rescheduling: we are happy to reschedule if you notify us more than 24 hours in advance (credit only, no refund) and cannot reschedule after your start time has passed. Unused tickets: full refund for up to 2 unused tickets if you notify us more than 24 hours before, otherwise credit. Gift cards, vouchers and certificates are final and non-refundable.

How many people can play at Conundroom Avalon?

Alice in Wonderland takes 3-8 players, The Ghost Ship 3-6, and Zeppelin 2-4. Running all three rooms in parallel we can host groups of up to 18 people at the same time.

Which room is best for younger kids?

The Ghost Ship is our best family choice at Avalon, suitable for ages 10 and up. Alice in Wonderland and Zeppelin are for ages 14 and up (younger players may join within an adult team).

Do you have a room for just two players?

Yes, Zeppelin is a multi-room adventure built for small teams and works perfectly for 2 players.

How far is Avalon from Bellevue or Kirkland?

Avalon ParcSquare is at 16088 NE 85th St in Redmond, about 10-15 minutes by car from Bellevue and Kirkland via SR-520.

Are the games private?

Yes — every booking is 100% private. You'll never be paired with strangers.

How early should we arrive?

Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your start time. Late arrivals shorten the game.

Do we actually get locked in?

No. You can leave the room at any time — nothing is physically locked, for safety.

Is there parking?

Yes — free customer parking in front of the garage, street parking around the building, and the Redmond Park & Ride garage a 5-minute walk away.

Are the rooms wheelchair accessible?

Yes. All rooms are on the ground floor with no stairs.

What do games cost?

$44-46 per person plus tax. Kids 6 and under are free (up to 2).

Which room is best for kids?

The Ghost Ship (10+) is our best family pick. Alice and Zeppelin are 14+ (younger within an adult team).

Do you have a room for just 2?

Yes — Zeppelin is built for small teams and works great for two.

Can we book a bigger group?

Book Alice, Ghost Ship and Zeppelin together for up to 18 players. Email info@conundroom.us for large groups.

Card for online bookings; card or cash in person (no checks).
