To cancel, change, or reschedule, email info@conundroom.us — all changes are handled by email. Cancellations: full refund if you cancel more than 48 hours before your game; less than 48 hours ahead, full credit or a gift card for future use; no refund or credit for a no-show. Rescheduling: we are happy to reschedule if you notify us more than 24 hours in advance (credit only, no refund) and cannot reschedule after your start time has passed. Unused tickets: full refund for up to 2 unused tickets if you notify us more than 24 hours before, otherwise credit. Gift cards, vouchers and certificates are final and non-refundable.

What ages are the Willows BP escape rooms for?

Both School of Magic and Crafted are designed for kids aged 8 and up. Players 13 and under should be accompanied by an adult. They're our most kid-friendly rooms.

Can I book a birthday party at Willows BP?

Yes. Willows BP has our only private party room, School of Magic & Wizardry themed, for up to 16 guests, with a dining table, fridge, microwave and arcade games. Pair it with an escape room for a full birthday. Email us at party@conundroom.us and we'll get you set up.

Do you have a Harry Potter or Minecraft escape room?

School of Magic is our Harry Potter-style wizard room, and Crafted is a Minecraft-inspired mine-and-craft adventure. Both are here at Willows BP.

Do you have a room for just two players?

Yes, School of Magic is a multi-room adventure that works well for teams as small as 2.

Is there parking at Willows BP?

Yes, free parking in front of the building with ample additional space in the business park.

Are the games private?

Yes — every booking is 100% private. You'll never be paired with strangers.

How early should we arrive?

Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your start time. Late arrivals shorten the game.

What ages are the rooms for?

Both School of Magic and Crafted are built for kids 8+. Players 13 and under need one adult supervising (no ticket needed if not playing).

Do we actually get locked in?

No — you can leave the room at any time, for safety.

Is there parking?

Yes — free parking in front of the building, plus ample space in the business park.

Are the rooms wheelchair accessible?

Yes. All rooms are on the ground floor with no stairs.

What do games cost?

$41-45 per person plus tax. Kids 6 and under are free (up to 2).

Do you have a Harry Potter or Minecraft room?

School of Magic is Harry Potter-style; Crafted is a Minecraft adventure. Both are here.

Can I book a birthday party?
