To cancel, change, or reschedule, email info@conundroom.us — all changes are handled by email. Cancellations: full refund if you cancel more than 48 hours before your game; less than 48 hours ahead, full credit or a gift card for future use; no refund or credit for a no-show. Rescheduling: we are happy to reschedule if you notify us more than 24 hours in advance (credit only, no refund) and cannot reschedule after your start time has passed. Unused tickets: full refund for up to 2 unused tickets if you notify us more than 24 hours before, otherwise credit. Gift cards, vouchers and certificates are final and non-refundable.

Rescheduling

Happy to reschedule if you let us know more than 24 hours in advance.
We can't reschedule once your start time has passed.
Rescheduled bookings are credit only — no refund.

Unused tickets

Full refund for up to 2 unused tickets if you notify us more than 24 hours before.
Less than 24 hours — credit for the unused tickets.
No refund or credit once the booking has passed.

What ages are your kids escape rooms for?

School of Magic and Crafted are built for kids 8 and up, The Ghost Ship for ages 10+, and Alice in Wonderland for 14+. Younger players can join within a team of adults.

Do parents need to play with the kids?

For players 13 and under we ask for one adult to supervise. The adult doesn't have to play and doesn't need a ticket if they're only watching.

Which room is best for younger kids?

School of Magic and Crafted are our most kid-loved rooms, both suitable from age 8.

Is anything scary?

No. These rooms are bright and fun, not scary. Our only spooky room, Frankenstein, is a separate 14+ experience.

Can we book a kids' birthday party?

Yes. Willows BP has our only private party room for up to 16 guests. Plan it at party.conundroom.us.

Are the games private?

Always. Every booking is 100% private, your group only, never strangers.
